When I'm 32, will I be miserable~

Hahaha, I was going to put a Lucky Star icon, but it wasn't working. OTL.

Watching that anime, actually there's alot of conversations which my friends have brought up. Like the whole why detective manga always have murders and stuff. XD. It's really surreal... I feel like Konata have way too much in common. Although I think I'm more geeky, yet less geeky. In the sense that she devotes more to her geekiness, but I have more geeky interests that she does. Weird. But I digress. Lucky Star reminds me how my life would be like if I lived in Japan, haha.

And DAMN, Wasted by Cartel is AMAZING. Good way to teach you SAT words (Ok, not really. But he uses alot of 'big words' in the song). Damn catchy too. I feel like Cartel's way too underrated. And I don't understand why their self titled disk didn't do as well as Chroma. I mean, don't get me wrong, I LOVE Chroma, but their Self Titled disc is pretty strong too. Except for this bizarre part in "I will hide myself away". I always want to skip it, but I'm too lazy -_-;

First day of high school practice. Actually pretty fun. Alot of people weren't there though. I was sad. No Christine. OR JIMMY. DANGIT I MISS YOU JIMMEH. D':. Everyone on the team does. Except for Jake. Jake doesn't miss anyone.

Oh, and I managed to sit through all of Twilight today. I never realized how bland of characters Edward and Bella are. The whole movie is slow, and painfully dull. I only made it interesting by making fun of it. Favorite parts: When Rosalie breaks the salad bowl, When Alice breaks James neck, and the whole bonfire they have in the ballet studio.

But seriously, I'm supposed to buy that they're in love? I'm sorry, but what the hell. There is no chemistry - it's completely unbelievable. You don't really see them interacting. Granted, there a few good scenes where this is actually believable, but these are usually the scenes which are muted. When they're actually talking with each other? It's stiff and painful. And Edward is just so gangly and awkward through the whole thing, its really hard to see why girls everywhere are swooning over him. Sure, awkward guys are adorkable - but there's awkward, and then... there's this. It was painful to watch him, he was so awkward. And the pale makeup really does not work on any of the actors. Ergh. All in all, it just didn't work. And believe me, I am not a fan of twilight, so I'm not going to lie: I expected this.

... so yeah. Uh. Back to watching Sage's review on Dante's Inferno. XD
