GAH. I have no idea how Tanaka expects any of us to pass the Greek Architecture quiz. There are SO MANY TERMS and SO MANY PICTURES. And I have a test tomorrow for Egyptian & Aegean! And I have WHAP chapters to read.... sort of. I skimmed through it right now, and we've already covered it in APAH. But BLAAAAH. NO WAY AM I GOING TO REMEMBER THE OTHER ONE. D8

So yeah. Gotta get back to work. x___x;

So I finished reading The Perks of Being a Wallflower. Other than the complete rip off of the end of Catcher in the Rye, it was good. A little disturbing at times, but good.

... But Charlie's sister is such a hypocrite. Stop trying to be all feminist and shit when you'd let your boyfriend hit you. Even if it was only once. It doesn't matter. And then you proceed to go and bonk him. And get yourself pregnant. Wow. There are no words for how dumb she was. I wanted to strangle her.

Everyone else is standable. Except Charlie is such a slave to everyone else's happiness. What an unrealistic, foolish, impressionable character.

Haha, as you can tell, I like the punk versions of these pop songs better than the real versions. Well most of them. Oh god, I love When I Grow Up cover by Mayday Parade. I swear the first lines of the song make me crack up.
"BOYS CALL YOU SEXAH". HOW CAN ANY GUY SAY THIS SERIOUSLY. I CAN'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT WITHOUT CRACKING A SMILE.

Also I got the numba 1's of Michael Jackson. It's so hard to listen to his songs in the car without the temptation to dance. Well actually it's hard with the pop goes punk 2 CD too. But only with a few songs. Michael Jackson... ALL THE BEATS ARE ADDICTING. D8.

So schools finally come to a close for the week. Overall, it's been... HOT. Ugh, and I'm starting to really dislike Gov. It's all busywork. So annoying. e___e

I dunno, I'm in a really thinking mood right now. I... well... I dunno. I tend to find my mind drifts when it's not occupied. Which hasn't been alot this week, I've been keeping myself plenty occupied. I guess... I've just been thinking about the future. I know fun.

It's just... well it's my senior year. I dunno. It's hard to explain. I think I need more sleep.

So went to see Wicked today. Again, but with my family, at the theatre in my home town. Man I love that musical. I love the songs, the characters, and all the tie in's to the Wizard of Oz. I don't think I'll ever read the book though. That would be extremely dumb on my part cause it would completely ruin the play for me... since they're completely DIFFERENT. As my brother constantly tells me.

Srsly, Fiyero and Elphaba are so cute. xD. I'll be honest though, I hate the song "As Long as Your Mine". It's embarassing for me and it makes me LOL so hard. I just like the scenes before the song "I'm Not That Girl". Soooo cute.

Btw, the hottest guy in the play was Chester the Flying Monkey, and I only got to see him after the play ended and the players were bowing. I was speechless because WHY IS HE THE MONKEY. SO MUCH BETTER LOOKING THAN FIYERO. D8

And I don't think the music is anywhere as good as it is on the soundtrack. Soundtrack is immeasureable win <3

SCHOOL?

So school started yesterday. It was... well interesting.

1st period: AP World History / World Lit.
SLACKER CLASS ALERT, LOL. I can already tell this is going to be an extreme slacker class. Scruggs is teaching it, which is AWESOME FACE. He's a great teacher who knows like. Everything. XD. We're going to work on English for now, and well.. yeah, we spent the entire class period discussing this one weird article. Gosh, we are such goofballs. It's like our APUSH class all over again. Except with Scruggs. RIGHTEOUS.

2nd period: AP Art History
I have this class with my bestie, Dobby Tsui <3. Which is nice. :3. So far it's really hard. It's alot of memorizing and analysis, but I love it. I loveeee history, and right now we're covering the ancient stuff we never got to in APEC, which is making me squee with joy. Haha, the ancient cultures from the near east were a little weird. Their gods were such ass holes. But it's a really really big class so... blaaah. But at least I get Tanaka again. Oh I love Tanaka. <3

3rd period: AP Gov
Actually it's not so bad right now. It's a really big class too, because of budget cuts, but the teacher doesn't seem too bad. It's ok material so far, I can't really judge it. :/

Then 4th is off roll. Pretty chill right now, since the library isn't open. We're just kinda like. "woo hoo... yeah..." XD

That's all I gotta really report right now. Sorry, my head really hurts. >_<;

School is on the horizon!

School starts tomorrow. Isn't that weird? My senior year starts tomorrow.

I still have trouble eating cause of my wisdom teeth, but it's alot better than it was a few days ago. Also, this darn headache won't go away but I'll live through it.

So schools going to start in a little more than 12 hours. And I have nothing to do. >_<;. Baaaah, Well what can I say? Alot has happened this summer. And I mean alot. If you would of told me where I am now to the person I knew at the beginning of the summer, I would of smacked you upside the head and told you your crazy. But well, here I am.

School is going to start. With or without me.

Blarga boo ga

So I got my wisdom teeth pulled out yesterday. Honestly it doesn't hurt that much, except for the killer headache I've had for the past few days and the terrible stomachache I had yesterday. It was really hard to eat yesterday because of it... I practically had to force my dinner down, and went to bed at 9. I kept falling in and out of sleep since I spent like the entire of yesterday sleeping. This morning I woke up at like 5:30 and then slept til 7:15. Fun stuff.

Today I could actually eat, but this headache is really starting to annoy me. Plus I'm starting to swell up like chipmunk / blowfish. Ugh, it's so annoying. :/

Plus the pain pills do nothing about my headache. I mean my teeth feel fine. It's just this goddarn HEADACHE. RAWRRR. At least I've had someone to complain to it about, lol.

So... yeah. School starts in 2 days.

Honestly, I'm excited. It's my last year of high school, I'm taking classes which are bond to be fun. Even though I'm in alot of... drama I guess is the word, and alot of people are probably dissappointed with me, but well... I'm tired of looking back. I know I'm going to love this year, no matter what happens. Because I do have some friends that will stick by me no matter what I do and who I'll be able to have fun with.

But I'm not excited to going to school looking like a pufferfish. XD

Well, when life gives you lemons, get together with your friends who have the flour and sugar and make some pie. :X

more Avatar universe ideas!

Ok, I'm going to continue dreaming about my After Ozai scenario. With Asme (Kataang child) getting together with Zen (Maiko child).

So it's about 30 or so years after th end of the series. There's a faction of disgraced fire nation generals, soldiers, etc, who want to overthrow Fire Lord Zuko - they've attempted several times, but each time been thwarted by the gaang, white lotus, etc. Until their leader decides that perhaps to use Azula - and break her out of the fire nation's prison.

Now go back to the Gaang. Everyone's settled down. Although at one point, Zuko and Katara were together, they had to split up for the sake of the Fire nation, and they end up with the couples at the end of the series. Fast forward a few years, and they all have children. In a reunion 10 years before the story takes place at Fire lord's palace, Asme and Zen meet.

Now to the beginning of the story. Aang and Katara live in the air temple closest to the south pole (Don't remember which one, lol). Sokka & Suki live in Ba Sing Se as does Toph. Zuko and Mai (obviously) are in the Fire Lord's castle. Aang and his family travel to Ba Sing Se to once again meet up with the group, and Asme and Zen meet once again.

At first, they clash, but start to get along more after a sparring match and actually conversing. Tierra, (Sokka & Suki's kid) takes interest in Zen, but he doesn't notice. However, when out in Ba Sing Se, Asme stumbles into a meeting of the faction. She is found, but escapes in time. She knows she can't stay in Ba Sing Se, and flees into the country, only to be followed by Zen, as he was out when they find her running away.

She explains what she's heard, and they adventure out to stop the faction's plans. Of course, when the parents find out their kids are gone, they go into a panic. Although Zuko and Mai must return to the castle with Izra; Syeo vows to find them and leaves with Tierra and Yun to bring them back.

As the story contiunes, Zen finds himself opening up more and more to Asme and slowly falling for her. Asme finds herself attracted to him as well, but both keep their feelings hidden for the sake of their mission. They come into many close calls with not only the faction, but Syeo's group.

At one point, Zen is captured by Syeo and Asme is able to escape. Asme finds she has to stop the faction's latest plan by herself, as Syeo continues to search for Asme as he cares only for his sister, and considers Zen a "fire nation brat". After a few days of cat and mouse with Asme and the group, Tierra comes to realize that perhaps Zen may have feelings for Asme. Once confronted, he comes clean about what they've been doing, but is reluctant to reveal his feelings for Asme. Tierra then sets him free to help Asme and fight the faction.

It is then when the faction kidnaps Izra under Azula's request for a heir. Asme and Zen immediately head to face them off. Izra and Azula talk before they come, and we see that they opposites of each other, which completely baffles Azula. Zen and Asme arrive and fight Azula. In the process, Asme gets hurt and knocked unconcious. Enrage, Zen defeats Azula, but she escapes as the faction's leader comes and rescues her.

Zen carries Asme to the nearest city, where the Gaang and Syeo's group is waiting. Syeo yells at Zen for being unable to protect his sister and belittles him until Kang steps in to defend Zen. Katara heals her, but she remains unconscious for the next few days. She wakes up to see Zen sleeping in a chair next to her bed and an ecstatic Izra, who tells her how her brother stayed by her side the entire time.

Zen wakes up and they talk. As Zen is about to confess & kiss Asme, Syeo comes forces them to seperate. Mai berates Zen under the protest of Iroh, and Zen finally snaps, releasing all his pent up emotions he's had towards his family, position, and especially his mother and storms off.

Asme is interrogated by both Aang and Syeo and also finds herself becoming annoyed. She also snaps and finally tells both her father off for neglecting her and Syeo for trying to protect her from the world when she's completely capable. Toph and Katara both step in and tell the two to knock it off.

Later that day, Zen meets with Syeo. Syeo, still angry with the Asme incident, snaps at Zen as he is finally aware of his feelings towards Asme. They fight until Tierra comes and seperates them. She lectures both Syeo and Zen and the two grudgingly make up.

As night comes, Asme is out looking at the stars, and Zen comes out. After they talk for a little bit, Zen finally confesses, and kisses her. Asme is still in shock, but admits she loves him too. They stare out into the stars, talking and holding hands through the night.

That's as far as I've gotten in the idea process xD.

wow Avatar creating characters is fun

ZUTARA WEEK IS LOVE <3.

So I went to see District 9. (SPOILERS!)

It's a great movie, but really... intense. And a little uncomfortable at times. Alot of people... explode for a lack of better words. But it made you really think. And it made you geniunely sad. Honestly, I didn't give a shit about any of them other than Christopher and his son. Well a little bit about Wikus. But only after the end when he goes and gives a rose he made to his wife, even though he's now transformed into an alien. It's... sad really. D: THAT'S DEDICATION LADS. AND THAT'S TRUE LOVE. XD

So yay Zutara week. Fresh new drabbles make me squee with delight and love for Zutara. You know, awhile back, I did start a Avatar fanfic. Or an idea. Well I'm a Zutarian, I'm not going to lie. But there are social reasons that I can see why it can't happen. Zuko's obligation as the Firelord to marry someone of nobility and even more, of their nation. Katara, because she's obligated to 'fall in love' with Aang. Since well, I know she'd feel guilty for rejecting him, so she'd just stay with him. She may eventually fall in love with him, but at first, she'd probably be platonic.

So then I thought.... what about their children? Yeah that's right, the Gaang's children! So here's what I came up with;

Katara & Aang:
Syeo (Airbender), 19
The name was actually completely random. I kind of imagined him to be alot like Hadoka (Katara's father) more than either Katara or Aang. He's more serious as he's the first one to be born and the one that was really thrusted with all the resposibility as possible the only person who can airbend in the future. So he's kind of skipped growing up and had to become an adult at a young age. He can joke of course, but he acts much older than he really is. He constantly practices his airbending, as he wishes to "perfect the art"

Asme (Waterbender), 16
Asme's alot like Katara, but she's also got bits of Toph in there also. She's well... Fiery, lol. She doesn't take anyone's shit. She is compassionate, stubborn, and what some would call brave (but she's always been told it's more she's impulsive) But from being raised around Toph, she's also developed some of her speaking manner; as she is blunt about her feelings and constantly sarcastic. She seems to be extremely childish, but she does think about what she does and says merticulously. She, like her brother, is dedicated to her bending, but for a totally different reason. She wants to remain in top shape, and never wants to be helpless. She excels more at fighting than healing, much to her mother's everlasting dismay.

Kang (Airbender), 14
Kang is probably the most like Aang. Being the second son with airbending, his training was much more lax, and he's been able to enjoy growing up. However, he likes to goof around much more than he should. He's probably the most like a regular kid. He plays pranks, he's constantly active, and rarely ever sits down to really do something serious. At times he is very dedicated to bending, but only when he wants to learn a new trick. Constantly joking, and laughing, the times he is serious are rare, but when then do come around, it is surprising to see deep down, Kang is pretty grown up.

Mai & Zuko:
Zen (Firebender), 18
As expected, Zen is alot like his father in some way. Extremely impatient, never wanting to make a mistake, and constantly in a state of unhappiness. He rarely shows his true feelings because he's afriad it will give people power over him, but to the one's he loves, he finds himself risking everything he has for them. Mostly raised by his uncle Iroh, he shows respect to both his mother and father, although his relationship with his mother, Mai, is a bit strained at times because of his inability to really open up to her. Because of Iroh, he has become much wiser than he lets on, and if push comes to shove, will actually show this. He is extremely bright, and excels in firebending as he practices constantly for fear of ever being caught off guard.

Izra (Firebender), 13
Sweet Izra is nothing like her parents. Because as a kid, she grew up with the love of both her father, uncle, brother, and the most, her mother. She is a very happy child. She loves to play, but understands her responsibilities and does them willingly. She is very lax about most of the things in her life however, and is constantly daydreaming or escaping into her own world. She finds it hard to choose between her responsibilities and her dreams at times. She is very affectionate and open, and almost too trusting. In fact, she may even be the antithesis to her aunt, Azula.

Suki x Sokka:
Tierra, 18
Tierra doesn't really fight. Of course, she can defend herself, but she's more like a regular teenage girl. Always flirting, always gossiping. She can be very fickle, but she is much more motherly and kind than most of the other children. She is very loving, trusting, and generally very happy. She has been known to hold extremely long grudges though, and is very emotional to say the least. Her skills mostly lie in cooking and defending more than offensive skills.

Yue, 15
Twins to Yun, she has followed her mother into being a female warrior at the Kyoshi islands. She is much more serious than her sister as a result, and is very driven in the things she wants to do. Very charismatic and intelligent, she can be overconfident in her ability and tends to have trouble relying on others as she views their ideas are not as good. But she has a good heart, and deep down, just wants to do her brother and family proud.

Yun (Earthbender), 15
He is sharp tongued, skeptical, but very, very impulsive. Intelligent like his father, he never seems to put his intellect before his actions and is constantly getting himself into trouble. He constantly tries to show off and look tough, but at times is very sincere and kind. He and Yue are twins, and although similar, he thinks of himself as inferior and tends to quiet down when Yue is around to "let her shine" as he puts it.

Blah, I wanted to put more, but it's getting late. I had too much fun writing these summaries.

... but yeah, as you can see in my story, Asme and Zen fall for each other. AWESOME. XD

Haha, Saw Aerin today. Old swim coach who I LOVE TO DEATH. He's so adorable. Prettiest eyes and... GAH HE'S JUST SO CUTE. He's not gunna coach anymore though. He got a job in the navy as a electric engineer. D':. I'm going to miss him.

You know, if he knew Eddie, He and Eddie would have a great friendship dynamic. Cause Eddie's kind of mean and serious, and a little odd, while Aerin is extremely goofy and friendly. He'd drag him on all sort of adventures. It'd be great. Maybe if I ever get around to writing a book, I'll have two characters named after them. :P.

Bah, Tomorrow's going to be so boring. :[ Only a few more days til school starts! And even less time til I get my wisdom teeth pulled out. Boo. D:

Haha, but the WHAP book has a cd in it. And I somewhat know the person who owned it last. xD That one is only 900 pages long though. :D

So I was watching Sound of Music. GOD, Julie Andrews was goregeous. o_o. But you know that one song, 16 going on 17 with Liesel and Rolf? It's so deliciously AWKWARD, but I love it. It really portrays first love very well, especially during that time period (the late 30's); Where people are starting to realize loving someone is a bit more socially acceptable. And the sexuality emerging in young women. (Liesel's dress is so SCANDALOUSLY short, lol. YOU CAN SEE HER ANKLES! OH THE HUMANITY.) But it's adorable in the end, they keep spinning around the gazebo wondering whether to kiss or not and then Rolf is like. "FUCK IT" and gives her the awkwardess kiss EVER. It even makes the pucker sound at the end. And Liesel's face? PRICELESS. She's got this HUGE GRIN on her face and she's like OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG. XD.

... yeah but Maria and the captain. HO GOD, SO CREEPY. I can't stand their scene. It's so... ergh. I don't even know. Not cool. Well I really don't like the captain. He's sort of a prick, xD.

So... yeah. xD. Now that my sound of music rant is done...

I hope I get my license on time. Cause I need it for the permit. I mean I have my interm license. :V. And I'll have to drive my brother to school. BOO.

Yeah I know. What a boring entry. But all the things I want to talk about I can't exactly make public yet. And I know how many people read this. Well no I don't. But I know how many could potentially read this. XD.

Blah. So August has come. Only a few more weeks til school starts up. Honestly, I'm really happy that it'll start soon. This summer's been ok, not really that great. Oh, I got my driver's license. Yaaaay. :D
