Life's being a stupid head right now.
I'm getting insecure on what I want to be & who I am. I'm trying to lose myself in this music & books, but I'm afraid. Am I going to go back to that weak, pathetic thing I was after Ben? How I am at home?
It's like everyone's pushing on me to grow up - to be mature to take my "place" in the world. But I want to stay what I am - myself. Do I give up myself to be human or give up my humanity to be me?
All my friends are maturing, I feel like I'm going backwards. Take Sora for example. My god how she's changed! (I'll call her Sora now cause I don't want to give out her real name. Even though she doesn't like being called this anymore...) I remember we were all going to be single forever... and...
So many things, people have changed. Yet I feel the same. Maybe I have changed. But not... like... I still hide from the kiss scenes, watch those kiddie movies, do all the things I used to. I act the same way before I met Ben.

Reasons why being single rocks
Okay, so one of my guy friends asked: "So you never want a boyfriend? Why?"
Well, here's my answer.
Reasons why being single FOREVER rocks
- You don't have to worry about your manners.
- You can get a good night's sleep from not TALKING TO YOUR LOVER ALL NIGHT EW.
- You can laugh at romance all you want.
- You can be as embarassing as you want at home cause you don't have to worry about him/her coming over and finding you
- YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. CAUSE THE ONLY ONE WHO WILL CARE ABOUT YOUR WEIGHT IS YOU
- You can sit at home and read, play video games, etc. Your not constantly pestered by your bf/gf
- No one has enough power over you to make you change
- YOU DON'T NEED TO MATURE. EVER.
- You can be as boyish as you want. Who gives a crap about all these skirts and makeup?
- You can interrupt as many couples as you want without feeling guilty at all
- You can complain about couples for fun.
- You don't get sucked into any gf/bf dramah.
- You don't need to worry about "does he like me?!" all the time
- You can have opposite gender friends without your gf/bf caring. Cause you don't have one :P
- You don't have to agree with someone when you want to go some place. You just go yourself :P
- YOU DON'T NEED TO SPEND ANY MONEY ON THEM. YEAH MORE MONEY FOR YOU.
- You don't need to spend like 4 hours in the morning taking care of yourself. You can just wake up, get dressed, and go.
- You can shut yourself away into a book without a major thorn in your side
- You can just ignore anyone trying to flirt with you
- You don't spend tons of money of clothes. Just Video Games. :P
- Two words: DATING SIMS XD. (srsly. Ouran & La Corda D'oro Dating Sim looks good >.>;; )
- You don't need to worry about spending enough 'time' with them >.>;;
- You and your single friends can go and have tons of fun :P (I mean sure, my friends who have bf's are awesome too, but it's just not the same anymore... XD )
- Who's up for a game of truth or dare where no one can ask you personal things about relationships?

Do you remember those fairy tales your parents used to read you? Do you remember those movies you'd watch where at the end the princess married Prince Charming?
Oh how I love fairytales. They are truely timeless. In the end, everyone ends up happy. Well sort of I guess.

Listening to Disney music, leaving at around 9:20 to go to practice... yeah...
Iunno. Last night during the homecoming game, fireworks went off. It was beautiful. Yet...
I feel like this year as all been a dream. I've made friends with alot of great people, my grades are okay, and life is pretty good right now. Wonderful compared to last year. I'm so afraid I'm going to wake up to December of 2006. Oh god.
... And it's also got me thinking. Well... one of my friends thinks... well... she says her boyfriend hangs out with me and Jess more.
... Well it's not like I can ignore him. He's in colorguard too. And he's a good friend. But I don't want to cause problems in their relationship... ;__;''
-sigh- Romance involving me is so bothersome. I don't mean to say I'm not better than everyone else, but romance seems quite repulsive from where I am right now. I mean I see people holding hands, hugging, doing all those couple things, I want to barf.
