Fml. So apparently, Ben Barnes & Colin Firth are in a movie together that's in Victorian England... AND IT DOESN'T HAVE A US DISTRIBUTOR. Damn you britain. D:<.Haha, I just realized how intersting it would be if Cerberus and Sebastian (from Kuroshitsuji) were in the same universe, and had met. But I think my version is different... since well demons age, and die of natural causes. And have their own realm in which they live. Hmm, I'd thought I'd clear up stuff up around my demon story that I thought up. Plot holes I see anyways.
Why do they hold the tournament on earth?
Because the demon king doesn't want them to trash up their realm. That, and the demon world is almost dependant on our world - so an extended amount of time in our world would most likely prepare them for major dealings with the race.
Why do they need to hold a contract with a human?
Without the contract of a human, their demonic powers get drained from a prolonged stay on earth. They are forced to return and 'recharge' in essence if not contracted. It's not nessecary to have a contract with a human - any other living thing works - but think of it like a generator. Humans can generate more demonic power due to their conscious moral dilemmas and such.
Why do humans gain power from a demonic contract?
Humans are surrounded by an energy, but cannot access it. Actually, it only really takes spirituality to develop powers and such. Demons just serve as a link to the power humans already have, but just can't get to.
What power does Lee have?
Force Fields - which used the right way, can potentially be very strong offensively - you just have to think about it. Powers vary from human to human though.
:). I really like this idea... although its a tad cliched. Oh well. :X
